My name is Cesar Alvarez and it all started many years ago at a young age when I first started working in construction as a laborer. With a bit of uncertainty, I asked myself if this was what I wanted to do. I quickly surrounded myself with skilled tradesmen and started becoming more active in the building process.

In 2010 I started working for a well known concrete company in Santa Rosa. Working with some of the best form-setters and concrete finishers, it wasn’t long before becoming a foreman and started running work for the company. Over the years I’ve acquired skills and experience, gaining a great wealth of knowledge in the concrete business.
